Kulturnacht Laufenburg 2025 — 20th Anniversary
On Saturday, September 6, 2025, Kulturnacht Laufenburg celebrated its 20th anniversary. In brilliant late summer weather, hundreds of visitors flocked through the medieval old town on both sides of the Rhine — into Swiss and Baden Laufenburg. Concerts, dance performances, film premieres, readings, and exhibitions ran concurrently in studios, museums, churches, private gardens, and public squares.
The organizing committee summarized the evening as 'brilliant weather, hundreds of visitors, fantastic atmosphere, and a cultural firework display of the highest caliber'. The anniversary edition marked two decades of successful cooperation between the two halves of the town and their cultural creators, without the festival ever abandoning its strolling, low-threshold concept.
