Overview

In 2025, the Kulturgärtla once again occupied the Ziegenwiese meadow in the heart of Ansbach alongside the Old Town Festival — five days of dialect pop, indie concerts, dance, children's programs, and regional drinks. The volunteer team once again organized a diverse mini-festival away from the hustle and bustle of Schlossplatz.

The 2025 edition continued the concept of previous years: Wednesday opening with Hoamatmusi and dialect pop, Thursday street art day with live graffiti, Friday indie pop double feature, Saturday brass music and cocktail rock in the evening, Sunday matinee and children's comedy. The volunteer team, comprising families and friend groups, organized everything themselves — from stage setup to bar service.

The beverage partners remained the same (Brauerei Fischer, Gutmann, winemaker Markus Meier), and the proceeds went to Moyo Ansbach for Malawi e.V. as every year. Admission was free again in 2025, with the festival fully funded by donations.
