Culture Connects — Culture Festival Grenzach-Wyhlen 2026

Before the Festival Merger in 2026

In 2025, 'Nature Meets Culture' and 'Classics Elsewhere' were still held as separate events. Both festivals have established their own standing in the local cultural landscape in recent years. Organizer Marlen Geheeb developed the idea with the success of these events to combine them into a large three-day festival starting in 2026 — coinciding with the anniversary celebration of the Pietrasanta partnership.

The experiences from 2025 provided the blueprint and insights for the 2026 festival merger: the Emilienpark offers an ideal stage as a natural space, the circus tent concept for 'Classics Elsewhere' works, and the town partnership with Pietrasanta thrives on direct exchange between the communities. These building blocks will form the 'Culture Connects' festival in 2026.
