Overview
As every year, the market attracted thousands of visitors from all over Saarland and neighboring Rhineland-Palatinate to Tholey. Exhibitors presented oils, spices, spirits, floral arrangements, herb books, teas, and natural remedies, as well as honey. The neighboring Benedictine Abbey of St. Mauritius celebrated its Monastery Festival in the monastery garden with musical accompaniment.
Programme
2025 Program: Market open from 11 AM to 6 PM around the Rathausplatz and monastery garden. Approximately 30 exhibitors with a wide range of products related to medicinal plants, herbal products, and floristry. Monastery Festival in the monastery garden with guided tours and music. In the lead-up, herb walks and workshops over two weeks.
