Concerts at Kloster Stift zum Heiligengrabe

The 2025 season at Kloster Stift zum Heiligengrabe proceeded as planned — from spring to late summer, the concert series brought a rich program of vocal music, Baroque, organ concerts, and chamber music to the historic acoustic space of the Cistercian church. The mix of established ensembles and younger formations, consistently pursued by the monastery, attracted classical music enthusiasts from all over Prignitz, Ostprignitz-Ruppin, and the Berlin region.

The highlight, as usual, was the open-air concert in August: a wind quintet on the lawn in front of the convent building, clear summer acoustics, and several hundred listeners. The "Let the Foreign Land Become Your Home" format — piano trio with readings — also featured a thoughtful and well-attended concert in 2025. The season concluded in October with a Scandinavian saxophone program, underscoring the series' diverse repertoire.
