Preparation Year 2025
2025 was a preparation year for the new Konstanz Poetry and Literature Festival. As part of the theme year "The Paradise Konstanz", the city of Konstanz worked on the concept, sought partners from the Lake Constance literary scene, and planned the venues in the old town.
The official premiere is scheduled for November 2026. Until then, individual preliminary events (readings, smaller literary evenings) were offered as part of other cultural formats in the city — the Konstanz literary scene was thus also active in 2025, but not yet bundled under the festival umbrella.
