The 6th edition was themed 'The Unanswered Questions' and unfolded from May 4th to July 19th, 2025, in Halle, Magdeburg, Dessau, and other locations in Saxony-Anhalt. Contemporary composition, improvisation, and philosophical reflection were closely intertwined over twelve concerts.
The 2025 edition was dedicated to the question of the open in music – concerts that raise more questions than they answer. Venues included the Gesellschaftshaus Magdeburg, the Bauhaus Museum Dessau, and the Ulrichskirche Halle. Ensembles and soloists came from Saxony-Anhalt and the international contemporary music scene.
