Overview

The Kirwa Schönlind 2025 took place in May at the Weiherweg festival grounds. As every year, the Schönlind Volunteer Fire Department organized the festival tent with catering, the Austanzen of the Kirwapaare, and an evening dance in the traditional Upper Palatinate Kirwa style.

The Schönlind Kirwa 2025 was part of the busy Kirwa calendar of the Amberg-Sulzbach region. Several hundred visitors from Vilseck and the surrounding area gathered at the Weiherweg festival grounds. The local Kirwapaare in traditional costume characterized the festival, with the Austanzen in the afternoon forming the traditional highlight.

As is customary in the Upper Palatinate, the Schönlind Volunteer Fire Department organized the festival tent and catering independently – proceeds go to the club and support local fire protection efforts.
