In 2025, the FFW Zenching also invited guests to the traditional Kirtafest in the festival tent in Zenching. As every year, residents and guests from the Bavarian Forest met for delicacies, festival beer, and live music in the tent — a classic village festival in its most authentic form.

The 2025 edition of the Kirtafest of the FFW Zenching confirmed the long-standing tradition of this Bavarian Forest village festival. Nestled in the cultural landscape of the Upper Bavarian Forest, organized by the Zenching Volunteer Fire Brigade, the festival remained true to its character: regional, convivial, with delicacies, festival beer, and live music.

Such club festivals are the social backbone of the rural areas of the Cham district — they bring generations together, provide for the fire brigade's club funds, and keep the Kirta tradition alive.
