Overview

The third edition of the Kirschblütenfest am Kermisdahl took place in April 2025. With mild spring weather, the Japanese ornamental cherries bloomed just in time for the festival weekend, attracting thousands of visitors to Worcesterbrücke. Food trucks, live music, and arts and crafts stalls characterized the day — Stadtwerke and Kleve Tourism were delighted with the turnout.

In April 2025, the Kermisdahl riverbank in Kleve transformed into a pink sea of blossoms. Families, photographers, and Dutch visitors from the neighboring border region took advantage of the spring day for a stroll under the blooming ornamental cherries.

Stalls with regional arts and crafts and international food trucks created a market atmosphere, while live music and hands-on activities for children completed the program. The Kirschblütenfest thus definitively established itself as a firm fixture in Kleve's spring calendar.
