Overview
In 2025, the Wallenfels parish in the Franconian Forest once again invited attendees to its traditional Kirchweih. Over three days, the event combined a festive church service, a Kirchweih procession, and convivial gatherings within the parish community.
The 2025 Kirchweih followed the classic Franconian festival schedule: opening on Friday evening, main celebration on Sunday with a service and procession, and a festive conclusion on Sunday evening. As usual, the program was organized by the Wallenfels parish in cooperation with the town and local clubs.
The Sunday service in the parish church was the focal point, followed by the traditional Kirchweih procession through the town center. The festival kitchen and catering were organized by local clubs.
