Overview

In 2025, Trautskirchen also celebrated its traditional Franconian Kirchweih in August. As every year, the Kerwa combined a Kirchweih tree, dancing, brass music, and Franconian delicacies into a convivial village festival, supported by the local Kirchweih society and the village youth.

In Trautskirchen, as throughout the Aischgrund, the Kirchweih is one of the fixed dates in the calendar of traditions. In 2025, the Kerwa was celebrated in August in the Franconian tradition as a convivial village festival.

The established program includes the raising of the Kirchweih tree by the village youth, inn or festival tent operation with dancing and brass music, and Franconian Kirchweih delicacies. The exact daily program for 2025 is no longer fully publicly documented; no program details are invented.
