Overview

In 2025, Spardorf also celebrated its traditional four-day Kerwa in July. The festival tent and beer garden, beer tapping by the mayor, bringing in and raising the tree by the Kärwaburschen, ecumenical service, Weißwurst breakfast, and the concluding Betzenaustanzen on Monday shaped the events as usual.

The Spardorf Kerwa 2025 followed the established four-day schedule: beer tapping on Friday evening, bringing in and traditional raising of the Kirchweihbaum by the Kärwaburschen on Saturday, ecumenical service with brass choir and Weißwurst breakfast on Sunday, and the Betzenaustanzen on Monday as the emotional conclusion. Party bands and Franconian ensembles accompanied the Kerwa in the festival tent. Spardorf's Kirchweih thus reaffirmed its place as a vibrant traditional festival in the Erlangen-Höchstadt district.
