Overview

The Schwaiger Kärwa 2025 took place from July 18 to 21 at the Am Bahndamm festival grounds. For four days, the festival tent, amusement park, Kärwaboum, and the traditional beer tapping marked the event on the third weekend of July in the Nürnberger Land district.

The Schwaiger Kirchweih 2025 attracted numerous visitors from the entire Nürnberger Land region from July 18 to 21. For four days, the Am Bahndamm festival grounds were dedicated to the Franconian Kirchweih tradition. Beer tapping on Friday, raising the Kirchweih tree on Saturday, ecumenical service and morning pint on Sunday, and family day on Monday formed the classic framework.

The Kärwaboum in their traditional costumes were a prominent sight, the festival tent with live music was well-attended on all four evenings, and the amusement park with its rides attracted families from Schwaig, Röthenbach, Lauf, and the city of Nuremberg.
