Overview
The Lindische Kerwa 2025 took place in its familiar form: erection of the Kirwabaum under the old linden tree at the Untermarkt on Saturday evening, festival service in the Peter and Paul parish church on Sunday morning, procession and morning pint with brass music. Throughout the day, carousels, small stalls, and club catering enlivened the market square.
The Kirchweih is part of the dense festival calendar of the market town of Weidenberg, which offers its own festival or a Kirchweih in one of its districts almost every month between the Walburgismarkt in May and the Andreasmarkt in Advent.
