Overview

In 2025, Langensendelbach also celebrated its traditional Franconian Kirchweih in early July. As every year, the Kerwa took place on the first Sunday in July, combining a Kirchweihbaum, festival operations, dancing, brass music, and Franconian delicacies into a convivial village festival, supported by the local Kirchweih society and the village youth.

In Langensendelbach, as throughout the Forchheim district, the Kirchweih is one of the fixed traditional dates of the year. In 2025, the Kerwa was celebrated as a convivial village festival around the first Sunday in July.
