Overview

In 2025, the Kirchweih Fabrikschleichach took place as usual around the second Sunday in September, as part of the parish community Heilig Geist Rauhenebrach. The traditional sequence — festival service in St. Kilian and Companions, Frühschoppen, communal lunch, afternoon Vesper — followed the proven pattern of previous years, supported by the parish council members and the village community.

The 2025 Kirchweih was dedicated to the patrons Kilian, Kolonat, and Totnan, who are venerated as the fathers of Franconia in the Diocese of Würzburg. The festival service was, as usual, the central moment of the day, followed by fellowship and exchange in the parish hall and at the festival tables in front of the church.

As part of the parish community Heilig Geist Rauhenebrach, Fabrikschleichach's Kirchweih is part of a series of patronal festivals and Kirchweihen that rhythmize the entire parish year in the Steigerwald — from the spring patronal festival in Karbach to the All Saints' Day service in November.
