Edition 2025 — Kirchweih Burgsalach
The Kirchweih Burgsalach 2025 was celebrated as usual as a festival tent Kirchweih on the Bollach. The Burgsalach fire brigade, shooting club, rural youth, and sports club organized the festival with the support of the Kraft festival host family and the Nennslingen St. Georgen Brewery. The highlight was the dance around the Kirchweih tree, where the young men paraded through the village with the Raitenbucher Blaskapelle, led by the Platzknecht and Platzmagd.
The 2025 edition continued Burgsalach's Franconian Kerwa tradition. As in previous years, the festival was characterized by festival tent operations, brass music, Franconian specialties, and the traditions surrounding the Kirchweih tree. The festival community of local clubs jointly organized the event.
With free admission and a family-friendly atmosphere, the Kirchweih reaffirmed its firm place in the festival calendar of the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district.
