Overview

The Kirchweih Burghaslach 2025 was celebrated from August 28th to September 2nd. Six days of Franconian Volkskirchweih with beer tapping, festival tent, Kirchweih parade, festive church service, and Schlachtschüssel — supported by the local Kerwasbuschen and -madli and the local associations. One of the liveliest Kirchweihen in the Steigerwald.

The Burghaslach Kirchweih 2025 followed the classic Franconian program as every year. The beer tapping on Saturday evening by the mayor marked the highlight of the festival week, followed on Sunday morning by three church services, and on Sunday afternoon, the grand Kirchweih parade with the participation of the Kerwasbuschen and -madli, local associations, and regional costume groups.

As always, guests came from Burghaslach itself, its districts (Oberrimbach, Kirchrimbach, Münchhof, Niederndorf, Freihaslach, Fürstenforst, Burghöchstadt), and the wider region around Schlüsselfeld, Höchstadt, Iphofen, and the southern Steigerwald. In the festival tent, brass bands and dance bands played, while amusement rides spun on the festival grounds. Free admission, Schlachtschüssel on plates, Franconian beer humor in the beer tent — in short: everything that makes a Franconian Kirchweih special.
