The 2025 Kirchheim Wool Market took place on the first weekend of October around the Freihof School. Around 60 traders presented wool products, sheep farming articles, and wool crafts. Sheep shearing and herding dog demonstrations complemented the program.

Also in 2025, the wool market attracted numerous visitors from all over the Alb foothills and beyond. The mix of traditional wool crafts, sheep farming articles, and live demonstrations related to Swabian Jura sheep farming was appreciated as usual. Lamb specialties from regional shepherds complemented the market experience.
