Edition 2025 — Kinofest Lünen
The 34th Kinofest Lünen 2025 took place in early June at the four established venues. Competition films, short film program, filmmaker discussions, and open-air screenings at Café Seepark formed the core program. An established industry audience and film enthusiasts from Lünen met for a week at one of the most important German-language film festivals.
Last year, Kinofest Lünen continued its tradition as a renowned stage for German-language film. The feature film and short film competitions, NRW productions, and open-air premieres at Café Seepark once again attracted a diverse audience, from Lünen and the Ruhr region to the German film scene.
