In 2025, the municipality of Weddelbrook once again invited to the annual Kinderfest on the school grounds. Game stations, refreshments, and the convivial gathering of the village community made the afternoon a highlight in the summer event calendar.
2025 Review
The 2025 edition of the Kinderfest Weddelbrook brought children, parents, and grandparents to the school grounds again. The cultural committee had set up various game stations where children could practice their skills and get some exercise. Parents provided guests with homemade cakes, coffee, and drinks, supplemented by sausages from the grill. The festival underscores each year how important community work is in the small villages of the Segeberg district.
