Overview

The Kinder-Vogelschießen Stocksee 2025 followed the established village festival format: morning parade, shooting competition on the village square, crowning of the new Bird Queen in the late afternoon, convivial conclusion with raffle and club canteen. Free admission for spectators.

Established Summer Date

The 2025 edition followed the decades-old tradition: the Saturday in June is dedicated to the Kinder-Vogelschießen in Stocksee, with many generations participating since their own childhood. The hectare-sized village square under old trees provides the ideal setting — shady, clearly laid out, and framed by houses and the community center.

Embedded in the Stocksee Summer Calendar

In 2025, the tradition once again attracted hundreds of visitors from Stocksee and neighboring communities. The direct connection to the Stocksee Abendlauf (end of May) and the chamber music concerts of the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival (summer) made the weekend a dense cultural moment.
