Overview
In 2025, the Kevelaerer Himmelfahrtskirmes also ran for five days around Ascension Day at Peter-Plümpe-Platz. An established Lower Rhine Volksfest tradition with an international audience.
The 2025 edition followed the classic pattern: opening with keg tapping on Ascension Day, parade on Saturday, winding down on Monday. Kevelaer Marketing GmbH rated the response positively and will continue the format in 2026.
