Kessel Festival Stuttgart

A Confirmed Edition in 2025

In its fourth edition, the Kessel Festival 2025 proved to be Stuttgart's summer festival of choice. Around 50,000 concert-goers and day visitors spread across the 170,000 m² Cannstatter Wasen area. The mix of international top acts on the main stage, DJ sets in the Karle Kontainer Klub, the newcomer competition ROCK DEN KESSEL, and the sports and sustainability areas once again worked perfectly.

Newcomer Success SOKAE

One of the highlights of 2025 was the victory of SOKAE in the band contest "ROCK DEN KESSEL" — the band, known for "Pop-Punk, Pizza, and Attitude," has earned themselves a main stage slot in 2026. Additionally, the Übermorgen Market presented itself with around 100 exhibitors, and the Sparda Sports Park featured show competitions. Stand-up paddlers on the Neckar and skateboarders in the sports park were among the most photographed moments. In 2026, the festival will follow on June 26–27 with Nina Chuba and SDP as confirmed headliners.
