Overview

The 2025 Kerpen Carnival took place within the familiar district structure: Horrem Ghost Parade, Blatzheim and Kerpen Carnival Parades, Kerpen and Horrem Rose Monday Parades, Sindorf Children's Parade. The Kerpen Festival Committee coordinated the main events.

The 2025 Carnival week in the Kolping City of Kerpen unfolded in the established Rhenish format. The district festival committees in Horrem, Sindorf, Blatzheim, and Kerpen-Mitte organized their own parades — from the nocturnal Ghost Parade in Horrem to the daytime parades in Blatzheim and Sindorf, and the parallel Rose Monday parades in Kerpen and Horrem. Sessions, costume balls, and Carnival celebrations in the halls complemented the street program — one of the densest municipal carnival landscapes in the Rhein-Erft district.
