Edition 2025 — Fischerfest Kelheim

The Kelheimer Fischerfest 2025 took place as usual around Ascension Day on the Kelheim festival grounds. A classic five-day program with a parade on the opening Wednesday from Rathausplatz, Vattertag wrestling on Thursday, a festival tent with live music, and Steckerlfisch from Fischbraterei Stadler, a children's afternoon, and a Sunday shopping day.

The 2025 edition followed the established choreography: parade from Kelheim's Rathausplatz to the festival grounds, beer tapping in the festival tent, Vattertag wrestling on Thursday morning, dance evenings with live bands, a children's afternoon, and a Sunday children's flea market.

As always, the Steckerlfisch from Fischbraterei Stadler was the culinary highlight — grilled over a wood fire and served on a stick. The several thousand festival visitors over the five days ensured a busy festival site.
