Kaufbeuren Christmas Market

The Kaufbeuren Christmas Market 2025 continued its long tradition, opening from the first Advent Sunday until shortly before Christmas on Kirchplatz St. Martin. Wooden stalls with Allgäu crafts, mulled wine, almonds, and Bratwürste transformed the medieval square into a festive market mile.

Highlights, as every year, included the opening with the Kaufbeuren Engele on the first Advent Sunday, the St. Nicholas visit on December 6th, and the Living Nativity Scene in Märzenburgwald on the final market days. The daily stage program featuring choirs and music groups from Ostallgäu completed the market as an atmospheric Advent event.
