Edition 2025 — Karnevalszug Overath
The Karnevalszug Overath 2025 took place on Carnival Sunday in March. The IG Karnevalszug Overath once again organized the grand carnival parade through the city center with numerous floats, walking groups, music bands, and dance corps. Thousands of spectators lined the route and collected kamelle and strüssje.
Last year, the IG continued its tradition as Overath's most important major carnival event. For years, the parade has been the hallmark of Overath's carnival, bringing together all the town's societies for a shared celebration.
