Overview

The 32nd Karl May Festival Radebeul took place in mid-May 2025 in the Lößnitzgrund. Three days of Wild West world, Indigenous culture, theater, music, equestrian shows, and the Santa Fé Express. Again over 60,000 visitors at the traditional Pentecost event of the Karl May Museum.

Previous Edition 2025

The 32nd edition solidified the festival's reputation as the most important Karl May cultural event in Germany. As always, the program was characterized by a mix of theater, music, equestrian shows, and ethnographic interpretation. Indigenous guests from North America accompanied the events with Pow Wow performances and lectures; the Santa Fé Express brought thousands of families to the festival grounds; the Karl May Museum opened special exhibitions.

In 2025, the festival once again proved to be a sophisticated Pentecost experience, combining nostalgic Wild West entertainment with a serious engagement with the representation of Indigenous cultures.
