Karl May Festival Radebeul

Previous Edition 2025

The 32nd edition solidified the festival's reputation as the most important Karl May cultural event in Germany. As always, the program was characterized by a mix of theater, music, equestrian shows, and ethnographic interpretation. Indigenous guests from North America accompanied the events with Pow Wow performances and lectures; the Santa Fé Express brought thousands of families to the festival grounds; the Karl May Museum opened special exhibitions.

In 2025, the festival once again proved to be a sophisticated Pentecost experience, combining nostalgic Wild West entertainment with a serious engagement with the representation of Indigenous cultures.
