KARAT live at the Gärten der Welt Arena

In 2025, KARAT celebrated its 50th band anniversary with an extensive tour across Germany — the focus was on the East German states and Berlin, where the band has its largest historical fan base. The anniversary tour marked the transition into its fifth decade with two new members: Daniel Bätge on bass and Heiko Jung on drums.

The stage production combined classics like "Über sieben Brücken musst du gehn," "Albatros," and "König der Welt" with newer pieces from their current program. In Berlin, KARAT performed at venues including the Gärten der Welt Arena, as well as at several open-air festivals and city festivals, often with fellow musicians from the East German rock scene in the supporting acts.
