Overview
Kaköhl bei Nacht 2025 on Sehlendorfer Strand. Traditional summer festival of the Kaköhler Totengilde of 1723 with food, music, and beach atmosphere. As in previous years, an authentic village festival in the Probstei region.
The 2025 festival continued the centuries-old tradition: a summer evening on Sehlendorfer Strand with food, music, and cosy gathering. The Kaköhler Totengilde — one of the oldest still active guilds in Schleswig-Holstein — defended its centuries-old community life with this event, while also creating a meeting point for locals and summer guests of the Hohwacht Bay.
