The 4th edition of the Central German Cheese and Specialties Market took place in September 2025 at the German Agricultural Museum Schloss Blankenhain. Around 50 direct marketers from the Central German states offered cheese, wine, bread, honey, herbs, meat and fish specialties. Show cheesemaking, milk processing tours, and the "Cheese Excursion" educational program rounded off the weekend.

In 2025, the Cheese and Specialties Market once again transformed the manor farmstead area of the German Agricultural Museum in Blankenhain into a culinary festive backdrop. Direct marketers and manufactories from Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and Brandenburg presented their products. Show cheesemaking and guided tours on milk processing gave the market the educational depth that distinguishes it from mere weekly markets. Families from the entire Zwickau district, from Saxony, and Thuringia came to the museum for the weekend.
