Overview
The Junggesellen-Schützenfest Alpen 2025 took place, as is traditional, during Whitsun week. Biwak, Schützenmesse, commemoration ceremony, Schützen party, and Youth Day marked the multi-day program. The reigning Schützenkönig (King of Marksmen) led the JSV 1680 through the club year before handing over the insignia at the 2026 Schützenfest. With over 600 members, the club remains a central figure in the Lower Rhine marksmen scene.
In 2025, the JSV Alpen 1680 once again drew numerous members and guests to the 'Eicken Bongard' festival grounds. The multi-day festival week proved to be a format that appeals to both younger and older members alike — from the traditional Biwak to the ZeltBeatz party.
