The 33rd Jewish-Israeli Cultural Days Thuringia took place in March 2025 as usual — with around 80 events at locations throughout Thuringia, with a focus on Erfurt. Concerts, readings, films, exhibitions, and discussion evenings showcased the cultural diversity of Jewish and Israeli life. Organizer: Jewish State Community of Thuringia and the City of Erfurt.

33rd Cultural Days 2025 in Thuringia

The 2025 Cultural Days continued the festival's tradition with a dense three-week program: Klezmer and classical concerts, Israeli film series, readings by Jewish and Israeli authors, city tours focusing on Jewish traces in Erfurt, Weimar, Jena, and Gera, as well as discussion evenings with representatives of the Jewish community and academics. The opening took place in the Atrium of Stadtwerke Erfurt; the closing concert at Zughafen Erfurt. The Cultural Days are one of the richest festivals of Jewish and Israeli culture in Germany — and have been held annually since 1992.
