Overview
Jeck op de Strüch 2025 brought the Kölsch Carnival spirit to the open-air stage in Königswinter-Thomasberg in high summer. The Strücher Karnevalsgesellschaft presented Carnival classics, Schlager, and show acts under the open sky. A special Carnival alternative for summer sympathizers who didn't want to wait until the traditional session in February — and an established Königswinter summer festival format.
In 2025, the Strücher Karnevalsgesellschaft hosted its summer Carnival event, Jeck op de Strüch, on the open-air stage in Königswinter-Thomasberg. Carnival classics, party songs, and show acts by the Strüch dance troupes characterized the evening. An unusual, charming Carnival variation in the middle of the Rhineland summer, which has now become a fixed date in Königswinter's event calendar between the traditional sessions.
