Overview
The 29th Jazztage Görlitz 2025 continued the tradition: a month of European jazz on the Neisse, nine concerts in unusual venues, and a consistently cross-border program between Germany and Poland characterized the edition, setting the stage for the 30th anniversary in 2026.
In 2025, concerts were again spread across Görlitz and its surroundings — from the Kunsthalle Wilhelmsplatz to Zgorzelec. The association Jazztage Görlitz e.V. was once again responsible for the program design.
The edition confirmed Jazztage's reputation as one of the most distinguished festivals in the Saxon-Polish border region and Upper Lusatia, with a programming policy that prioritizes artistic statements over mainstream appeal.
