Edition 2025 — Brass Music Festival Jänschwalde
In 2025, Jänschwalde focused on the municipality's ongoing summer events, including the Brandenburg Countryside Tour, the Music Festival, and association activities. The Brass Music Festival itself runs on a biennial cycle; in the intervening year, the Jänschwalde Brass Musicians maintained their association activities and performances in the region.
As the Jänschwalde Brass Music Festival takes place every two years, 2025 was an in-between year. However, the Jänschwalde Brass Musicians Association remained active with concerts and festival appearances in the region, integrated into the Jänschwalde municipality's summer event series, which includes the Brandenburg Countryside Tour, the Festival of Contrasting Music, and various association festivals. The format at the Kirchstraße rectory will return in 2026, marking the 33rd year of the association's history, as a grand summer festival with international guest orchestras.
