Overview

The Irsee Organ Vespers 2025 opened on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 9 p.m. under the title 'To Thee, O Jehovah, I Will Sing!' by Roland Götz. Over the season, four more vespers followed on the Freiwiß baroque organ of 1754 in the monastery church of St. Peter and Paul, with guests from Basel and Burghausen.

The 2025 season of the Irsee Organ Vespers began on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 9 p.m. with the opening concert 'To Thee, O Jehovah, I Will Sing!' under the artistic direction of Augsburg organist Roland Götz.

This was followed by further vespers on the original preserved Freiwiß baroque organ of 1754: on June 1 and September 14, performed by Roland Götz, on July 6 with Tobias Lindner from Basel, and on October 11 with Heinrich Wimmer from Burghausen. Admission was free; donations for the preservation of the organ were welcome.
