Overview

The 77th Iphöfer Marktplatz Winzerfest took place in 2025 from July 11th to 14th on the historic market square. 17 Iphofen vintners served over 50 wines at five modern cubes – Franconian Silvaner from the Julius-Echter-Berg grand cru site, Riesling, Bacchus, Spätburgunder. Live music, Franconian specialties, a festival service, and a cabaret evening were offered, as in previous years. Iphofen was completely shaped by the Weinfreunde festival during these days.

Winzerfest 2025 in Review

With its 77th edition in 2025, the cube format and the high program quality of the Weinfreunde Iphofen proved themselves once again. Iphofen Wine Princess Sophia I. accompanied the festival, which in 2025 also attracted several tens of thousands of visitors from Mainfranken, the Würzburg region, and beyond.

Preparation for the 75th Anniversary

Preparations for the 75th anniversary of Weinfreunde Iphofen eG, which will be celebrated in the 2026 edition, were already underway in 2025. Iphofen's tourism infrastructure and the cooperative coordinated program elements intended to make the anniversary year particularly visible.
