Overview
The 5th edition in 2025 brought 17 nations to Burscheid's market square. A colorful mix of live music, folk dances, and international gastronomy.
The market square and the church forecourt served as the festival grounds. Live music featured bands and solo artists from the home countries of Burscheid's residents (Turkey, Spain, Poland, Albania, Russia, Latin America). Dance groups performed traditional dances, and folklore groups showcased their traditional costumes and songs. Culinary stalls offered Turkish, Italian, Spanish, Balkan, Asian, African, and German cuisine, prepared by the respective communities – diversity as a shared stage.
