International Guitar Festival Hersbruck — Edition 2025

In its anniversary year 2025, the International Guitar Festival Hersbruck celebrated its 25th edition. From August 9 to 15, guitar fans and professionals from around the world gathered in the GERU Hall. Among the highlights was the classical recital by top Croatian guitarist Ana Vidović, who interpreted Bach's violin partitas on her custom-made Jim Redgate guitar.

As every year, the program covered the entire spectrum of guitar music – Classical, Flamenco, Brazil, Tango, Blues, Fingerstyle, Gypsy Swing, and Jazz. The parallel Hersbruck Music Academy, under the direction of Johannes Tonio Kreusch, attracted beginners and advanced guitarists from over 20 nations for a week of workshops and masterclasses.
