Overview

The International Danube Festival 2024 took place in July 2024 on the Danube banks of Ulm and Neu-Ulm. As the festival is held only every two years, 2024 was the last edition before 2026. Ten days of cultural celebration of the Danube countries with the Danube Countries Market and around 150 events featuring music, dance, literature, theatre, and exhibitions, mostly with free admission.

Looking Back at 2024

The Danube Festival 2024 followed the established concept: Danube Countries Market on both banks, around 150 cultural events featuring music, dance, literature, and theatre, plus exhibitions and a family program. Artists and cultural creators from the entire Danube region shaped the festival as a forum for encounters. The next edition will follow in 2026 as scheduled.
