Overview
In 2025, the Integrative Carnival Parade also took place on Nelkendienstag through Nordkirchen. As in previous years, the parade went from the Maximilian-Kolbe-Schule through the town center to the community center "Am Gorbach". Organizers were the municipality of Nordkirchen, the Kinderheilstätte, and the Caritas workshops. Inclusive togetherness, floats and walking groups, festive mood — the tradition has proven itself.
The 2025 Integrative Carnival Parade in Nordkirchen followed the usual concept: key handover in the early afternoon, followed by a parade with floats and walking groups, supported by the municipality, the Kinderheilstätte, and the Caritas workshops. The route proved successful, the weather cooperated, and the special character — carnival where people with and without disabilities celebrate equally — once again made the day unique in NRW.
