Edition 2025 — Schanzer Pfingstvolksfest
The 77th edition of the Schanzer Pfingstvolksfest took place in 2025 at the Festplatz Dreizehnerstraße, following the established ten-day program. With the beer tapping, the festival tent evenings of the Herrnbräu and Nordbräu breweries, the showman stalls, and the classic family and senior afternoons, the festival once again attracted several hundred thousand visitors from Ingolstadt and Region 10.
77th Schanzer Pfingstvolksfest 2025
In 2025, the Pfingstvolksfest again relied on its proven structure: ten festival days, two beer tents, a market street with about 70 showmen, two fireworks displays. The opening traditionally took place on a late Friday afternoon with the beer tapping – in 2025, the increased prices for a Maß of beer (around €12.20) received particular media attention.
Stable Tradition for Generations
With its 77th edition, the festival in 2025 once again secured its firm place in the Bavarian Volksfest calendar, directly after the Munich Frühlingsfest and before the major summer Volksfests. The Schanzer Volksfest structure – spring and autumn festivals – was confirmed by the 77th Pentecost edition.
