Overview
In 2025, Ilmenau Science Night once again attracted thousands of visitors to TU Ilmenau and the city center. With over 150 program points, families, students, and science enthusiasts experienced robotics, nanotechnology, and engineering hands-on. Free admission, free shuttle buses between locations.
The 2025 Science Night continued the established tradition: research meets the public. TU Ilmenau opened its laboratories, the city of Ilmenau transformed the city center into a science circuit, and in the industrial park, innovative companies showed how research becomes products. Thousands of visitors took advantage of the evening to get study orientation or simply to experience the fun of science. The after-show party on campus rounded off the evening.
