In 2025, the Beetzsee Regatta Course was also the venue for international canoe competitions. The Beetzsee facility has been one of the most distinguished regatta courses in Europe for decades and regularly hosts the most important international canoe sprint competitions.
The 2025 Season
In 2025, the Beetzsee Regatta Course leveraged its strengths: sheltered water conditions, a professional facility, and a close connection to the German Canoe Federation. International competitions have a long tradition here.
Setting the Stage for 2026
2025 was also the year of preparation for the major World Cup event in 2026 — with logistical and sporting policy decisions being made for the Olympic qualification cycle.
