Overview

The 27th Horb Knight Games attracted over 30,000 visitors in June 2024 to the historic Old Town of Horb am Neckar. The program included several jousting tournaments on horseback, a grand parade with King Maximilian I, an extensive medieval market, and a nighttime fire equestrian show — like in previous years, a must-attend event for the medieval reenactment scene in southern Germany.

The 2024 edition confirmed the status of the Horb Knight Games as Baden-Württemberg's largest medieval festival. Reenactment groups from Germany, Austria, and Poland ensured authentic stagings. The parade on Saturday afternoon and the reenactment of the Horb Treaties of 1498 on Sunday were the emotional highlights of the weekend.

Programme

Three days of festivities with daily knight tournaments on the Schütteinsel, a parade on Saturday, reenactment of the Horb Treaties on Sunday, medieval market, and camp in the entire Old Town.

Prices

Day ticket €13 regular, €5 concessions. Children under 12 free when accompanied.
