Season Opening 2025 — Review

In 2025, the racing season in Hoppegarten also began with the traditional "Colorful Easter Races." On Easter Sunday, eight races were on the program, including Listed races for the best gallopers from Berlin, Brandenburg, and all of Germany.

In the Altano-Rennen, FLATTEN THE CURVE celebrated its victory — an achievement that makes him the defending champion and favorite again in 2026.

The main program featured preparatory races for the Derby in Hamburg and other season highlights.

The family program with Easter egg hunt, pony rides, bouncy castle, and live music made the day, as always, a family event. The Hoppegarten Racecourse thus confirmed its position as one of the most important active racecourses in eastern Germany and as the most popular Easter Sunday event in Berlin's sports calendar.
