Edition 2025 — Hopfenfest
The 9th edition of the Hopfenfest Bochum once again gathered thousands of craft beer fans in front of the German Mining Museum. With the Hop Journey Pass, a curated street food selection, and breweries from Germany, Belgium, the USA, and Scandinavia, the festival confirmed its status as one of NRW's most important craft beer destinations.
The 2025 Hopfenfest confirmed the format's appeal: thousands of visitors came over three days, the Hop Journey Pass was once again the bestseller, and the selection of breweries presented an exciting mix of established craft brands and new microbrewers. The iconic backdrop of the Mining Museum with its winding tower made the festival a visual highlight of the Bochum summer. For the 10th anniversary in 2026, the selection will be further expanded.
